About

A structure that catches what you'd otherwise forget.

Yotemy is an escalating reminder app, designed for people who find time hard to hold on to.

Not a notification you can swipe away once. It gets stronger as time passes and as you move, so getting ready stays in view.

It syncs with Google Calendar and works back from your travel time. A quiet, always-on countdown keeps the plan in sight, so forgetting just doesn't get the chance.

Screens

Real screens

The Yotemy 4×2 widget on a home screen: Dentist, Yokohama Station, the time left until prep, and “Plenty of time”. Below it, an axis with four points — prep, leave, arrive, plan — and a note field.

When to start getting ready, and when to leave.
Shown as a countdown.

Add a plan, and the home-screen widget keeps showing the time that matters right now — until you start getting ready, until you leave, until you arrive.

The notification and the small floating display over other apps show the same number. It survives a restart.

Just add it — we do the counting.

Add a plan or connect your calendar. The color changes as the stage moves on.

On the way, and on days with nothing.

It catches a wrong train, and on an empty day it is just a clock.

What it does

Notifications that escalate
Getting ready, leaving, on the way — the notification strengthens with each phase, on its own.
Google Calendar
Plans come in automatically. Additions and changes show up within minutes.
Alerts that account for travel
It fetches the travel time to your destination and works back to when you should leave.
A mirror of your habits
From what it has recorded, it shows your patterns back to you — gently, like a mirror.
How it works

The notification escalates
on its own.

Plenty of time CALM
There's room before prep starts. The resident countdown begins, so the plan stays in mind.
From a few hours before prep
Prep starts SOON
Time to start getting ready. It switches to a departure countdown and the notification gets stronger.
From N minutes before leaving
Leaving / on the way MOVE
Departure time is here. It follows your pace by GPS, and if you're not going to make it,it turns amber to warn you.
From departure time
After the plan starts ARRIVED
Past the start time, the notification settles down. It shows ongoing, then finished.
After the plan starts

You thought there was still time,
and then there wasn't.

Yotemy works the time left out of your calendar and keeps it on your home screen. Not "14:00" — "52 min left".
